Refund Policy

If we cancel your account without reason, as specified in our Terms of Use, and your account is already paid for, we will reimburse you a prorated amount of your monthly prepayment.
We will not refund or pay you if we close your account due to a breach of the Agreement.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase.
If you are authorized for a full or partial refund, your refund will be handled within 14 days and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Prohibited use of the Service
The following regulations must be followed at all times by the User:
You are not permitted to transmit spam. We refer to "spam" as defined on the Spam Beacon website.
You will not import or send email campaigns to any email addresses purchased, lent, rented, or otherwise obtained from a third party, regardless of the quality or authorization. Only you, the User, are required to get authorization to send.
You will not copy and paste email addresses that individuals have published on the internet.
You will not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Furthermore, Brand Beacon does not endorse or enable accounts that advocate any abusive, discriminatory, or harassing Content. We reserve the right to cancel your account if you send an email campaign with such content.
Other themes that are not permitted on the Site include:
Weight loss
Currency exchange, bogus shares, and stock market transactions
Home employment offers with "get rich quick" claims, cash packages, and pyramid schemes
Pornography with graphic sexual content
