Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email marketing account with us to join in our affiliate program. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any affiliate application.
Payouts and Commissions
Commission Structure: As an affiliate, you will be paid a proportion of the total amount of sales produced by your referrals. Our affiliate program materials will clearly show the commission rate.
Commissions: Commissions will be paid out monthly, generally within 30 days after the end of each month. You must satisfy the minimum payment level set in our affiliate program paperwork to be eligible for a reward.
Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment options for affiliate commissions, including bank transfers, PayPal, and other electronic payment systems. When you join our affiliate program, you will be informed of the various alternatives.
Responsibilities of Affiliates
Promotional Efforts: As an affiliate, you are responsible for professionally and ethically advertising our email marketing services and packages. You must only use our authorized marketing materials or develop your own with our prior written approval.
Legal Compliance: When promoting our services, you must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. This includes complying with anti-spam legislation, data protection standards, and any other applicable legislation controlling email marketing operations.
Forbidden Activities: Engaging in any dishonest, misleading, or unethical tactics to advertise our services is absolutely forbidden. This includes spamming, cookie stuffing, and other unethical means of generating referrals.
Termination
Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving the other party writing notice.
Termination for Violation: We reserve the right to immediately and without notice terminate an affiliate's membership in our program if they violate our affiliate policy, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm our brand reputation.
Modifications
We have the right to change our affiliate policy at any moment and without notice. It is your obligation to examine our policy on a regular basis to verify compliance with any modifications or changes.
